Artifacts

The McAdam Railway Station is a rare example of a Canadian Pacific Railway passenger station with a built-in hotel. Our collections represent over 120 years of Canadian Pacific history in New Brunswick and Maine and tell the story of the people who worked at and passed through the Station on their destination elsewhere. The artifacts include railway tools, telecommunications equipment, railway china, souvenirs, and art. Other notable items include a motor car shed, velocipedes, an auxiliary train, and a bronze plaque dedicated to Canadian Pacific employees who enlisted in the First World War.
